9925 109th Street Marketing Package

Grant Design Group was hired by Triovest to provide design concepts, proposed layouts and demising plans to help market over 60,000 square feet of vacant space at 9925-109th Street in Edmonton, Alberta. As part of this exercise, 3 very different concepts ranging from the conservative to the dynamic were presented. As well, various schematic plans were created to demonstrate differing work scenarios – open plan, collaborative, enclosed private office. Furthermore, we were tasked with creating a building standard public corridor and analyzing various demising scenarios to ensure conformance with code and allowing for the maximum variety of suite size options. Autodesk Revit was used to generate both the play layouts as well as the 3D perspectives.
