Grant Design Group was hired by Triovest Realty Advisors to provide design concepts, proposed layouts and demising plans to help market over 60,000 square feet of vacant space at 9925-109th Street in Edmonton, Alberta. As part of this exercise, 3 very different concepts ranging from the conservative to the dynamic were presented. As well, various schematic plans were created to demonstrate differing work scenarios – open plan, collaborative, enclosed private office. Furthermore, we were tasked with creating a building standard public corridor and analyzing various demising scenarios to ensure conformance with code and allowing for the maximum variety of suite size options.
